There are lots of great places to visit in Central America, but my favorite has to be western Honduras, "El Occidente". The weather is comfortable and the people are super friendly. You should see the cloud forest in Celaque National Park at dawn. You should snorkel the reefs of the Bay Islands.

See the ruins of Copan and the surrounding valley at sunset. Rent horses to take you to a vantage point up in the hills.  Visit the Flor de Copan cigar factory in Santa Rosa de Copan. I think it's neat and I don't even smoke.
